To order, you must fill the ordering form by accepting the conditions below.
In the order form, you write the number of item you wish to order beside each design. If you wish to order more than one item or big quantities, please do not hesitate to contact us at order@mallergies.com before to place your order and we are always open for prices discussion when it comes to the needs of people who live with food allergies.
Shipping Fees
USA – Standard airmail service costs: $4.50US
Arrival time is guaranteed between 5 to 10 business days (except Hawaii & Guam) due to customs as the article is coming from Canada). An extra $2.00 per additional item or less can be charged depending on the order quantity. If you wish to receive the package within less than 5 business days, an additional cost can be offered and must be discussed depending on where you live and the delay of your urgent request.
Canada – Standard airmail service costs: $5.50US
Arrival time is guaranteed between 2 to 10 business days. An extra $0.75 per additional item or less can be charged depending on the order quantity. If you wish to receive the package within less than 2 business days, an additional cost can be offered and must be discussed depending on where you live and the delay of your urgent request.
International – Standard airmail service costs: $7.95US
Arrival time is guaranteed between 6-21 business days. An extra $2.00 per additional item or less can be charged depending on the order quantity. If you wish to receive the package within less than 6 business days, an additional cost can be offered and must be discussed depending on where you live and the delay of your urgent request.
Guarantee
The item will be ship by airmail and you will receive it in a perfect condition, in your mailbox under the mallergies guarantees. The item will be send carefully in a bubble envelope of 6" x 9". Returns will only be accepted within a maximum of 7 days after the package arrival and only if the article was damaged during shipping and with a picture proof.

The gift certificate could be send either at your home address or at another address or you could place an order for a special person and we will make sure to send the secret parcel at their home address.
