The Gluten Free Food & Allergy Expo
March 11, 2010

The annual Gluten Free Food & Allergy Expo organised by The Coeliac Society of Western Australia, Inc. will take place at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre, in Perth, Western Australia, Australia on March 13 – 15 2010.

This following information is extracted from their website:

'The annual Gluten Free Food & Allergy Expo is growing in popularity and an important event for coeliacs and allergy sufferers. With the increased options for gluten free food in retail outlets and restaurants, people can enjoy the chance to learn more about better health and the new products released at the show. The exhibition has a big range of food products which are gluten free (do not contain any trace of wheat, barley, oats and rye), soy alternatives and other foods and beverages which help people with allergy conditions.'

Visitors can also participate in different activities during the expo such as Seminar Presentations, Cooking Workshops, and other interesting workshops.

For the complete listing of sponsors and exhibitors, visit their website and do not hesitate to contact them personally if you wish to ask specific questions about their gluten free products. A special section is also reserved for Coeliac Disease with links and resources for a better understanding.

Please note that the Coeliac Awareness Week in Australia will be held on March 13 – 20, 2010. Visit The Coeliac Society of Australia website for more information on activities and resources.
