Here is her inspiring story 'While Deborah doesn't have any formal culinary training, her passion for baking and healthy, organic food inspired her to start Doodles Cookies. After winning two national awards for her cookies, Deborah realized that she might be on to something. Mallergies baked, tasted and loved their Organic Gluten Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix & Organic Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Chip Habanero Cookie Mix! The mixing and baking instructions were very easy to follow on the package and the preparation took less than 5 minutes. Doodles cookies are gluten free, but they are not dairy and eggs free because these ingredients are required during the mixing and baking instructions. The baking time took less than 10 minutes, but may vary depending of your oven. We were really looking forward to taste them and loved their chewy chocolate chips and healthy organic mixes. We also liked the package and the idea to bake our own gluten-free cookies like a ‘regular' dessert preparation.
