Product: Sun Flour Mills
February 19, 2010

The Sun Flour Mills mixes are dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, soy and wheat free, and also contain whole grain ingredients to provide a more healthy taste like non-allergen foods.

Barbie Doherty and Lanae Phillips, the founders and owners of Sun Flour Mills, offer a variety of allergen-free mixes for people with multiple food allergies and restricted diets. With their common passions for cooking and healthy food, they baked and cooked allergen-free for people suffering of severe food allergies. With their personal background and life experience of living on restricted diets, they managed to create a products line called Sun Flour Mills mixes - ‘Where Taste Means Everything'. They improved and adapted their favorite recipes to allergen-free ones and gave a better access to safer food for allergic sufferers and their family! Their products line is also very healthy with whole grain ingredients and good nutritive values.

On their website, helpful tools are available to consult if you wish to find valuable information regarding food allergies, food intolerances and restricted diets. Along with useful links and bonus recipes, you will find storage tips on how to enjoy their products longer. Did you know that gluten free bread should not be refrigerated? If you refrigerated gluten free bread, it will cause the bread to absorb moisture, making it dense and gummy.

We have recently sampled their Award Winning Chocolate Cake and Whole Grain Bread and loved them!! During a dinner party last week, we served their Award Winning Chocolate Cake to our friends, and nobody guessed that our beautiful and rich chocolate dessert was free of dairy, soy, wheat, nuts, eggs and gluten! Their bonus recipe ‘Creamy Chocolate Frosting' was the icing on the cake for our guests! We also baked their Whole Grain Bread and enjoyed the delicious moisture texture! We tried their bonus recipe ‘Garlic Croutons' on a Cesar Salad and were very impressed by their crunchy taste!

Their products line includes breads & pancakes, sweet treats, and whole grain bread and flours. Visit their Shop Online section for more information on how to place an order and learn more about their delicious and healthy allergen-free mixes. Please note that residents of Idaho, in the United States, can purchase their products in several health food stores located in the area. Finally, their recipes section includes Bonus Recipes and Egg Replacer Recipes to assist you while cooking with their delicious and healthy Sun Flour Mills mixes.

We hope that you will enjoy their products as much as we did! With the Sun Flour Mills mixes, your family will take pleasure in eating healthy and tasty allergen-free meals like the really stuff!
