Alternatives for egg replacement
Replace 1 egg
55g or 2oz of soft tofu blended with some water
½ mashed ripe banana
60ml or ¼ cup of applesauce or fruit puree
1 tablespoon soya flour mixed with 1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon yeast dissolved in 60ml or ¼ cup warm water
1½ tablespoons water mixed with 1½ tablespoons oil and 1 heaped teaspoon gluten and wheat free baking powder
