No-cook applesauce
Make 4 ¾ cups servings (dairy, egg, gluten, peanut, nut and wheat free)

Ingredients
3 apples, any variety
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 teaspoons sugar (brown sugar can be substitute for diabetic)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

1. Peel and core the apples, removing all seeds. Chop the apples into small pieces. Put the apple pieces into a blender. Add the lemon juice. With an adult's help, blend the apples until the mixture is smooth, stopping the machine to scrape down the sides frequently.

2. Poor the applesauce into a bowl, then stir in the sugar and cinnamon.
