Onion Snags 4 thick GF sausages Cook sausages on a BBQ until done, and set aside to cool slightly. Place onions on a BBQ, cook till brown and sprinkle with sugar. Once onions have caramelised, score the sausages lengthways with a sharp knife and fill with onion and top with the diced tomato.
