Onion Snags
Serves 2 (gluten free)

•  4 thick GF sausages
•  1 onion, sliced
•  ¼ cup brown sugar
•  1 tomato, finely diced

Cook sausages on a BBQ until done, and set aside to cool slightly. Place onions on a BBQ, cook till brown and sprinkle with sugar. Once onions have caramelised, score the sausages lengthways with a sharp knife and fill with onion and top with the diced tomato.
